Fox News’ Jesse Watters has sided with a heckler who got into a shouting match with Hillary Clinton during a Monday event.
According to reports, Clinton was speaking at a panel discussion at the Institute of Global Politics at Columbia University in Manhattan when the heckler demanded that the former first lady denounce President Joe Biden’s “warmongering.”
“Can you please make a statement about President Joe Biden’s speech? This is a clearly warmongering speech,” the heckler said. “President Joe Biden is calling for $100 billion of funding for Israel, Taiwan, and Ukraine, and we’re supposed to just bundle these together and pretend like we’re going to rush to World War Three and we’re all just going to let Hillary Rodham Clinton sit here?”

Clinton refused to condemn the president, instead telling the heckler to sit down. The heckler then pressed further telling Clinton he had a right to exercise his free speech. Clinton, however, did not believe the heckler had that right.
“But it’s not free speech when you’re disrupting everyone else’s opportunity to speak,” Clinton responded.
Jesse Watters weighed in on the exchange between Clinton and the heckler noting that the former first lady was once an anti-war protester before she became an office holder. Watters noted how Clinton —who was Hillary Rodham and not married at the time— joined demonstrators when Civil rights in Vietnam ignited protests in the U.S. in the 1960s. Clinton at the time told Time Magazine that “protest is an attempt to forge an identity.”
“Hillary used to believe in questioning authority. That was until she became the authority. And war started exhilarating her, Watters said. “From Bill bombing aspirin factories in Africa to her abandoning Americans in Benghazi. Hillary was numb. So this week, when anti-war protesters confronted her about America’s proxy wars, Hillary responded smugly. Leaders are supposed to tell us the truth. If Hillary believes we should police the world, tell the guy why Democrats always say democracy is messy. So mix it up. Tell the guy we’re going to keep you safe. And this is why this will keep you safe. Don’t tell him to shut up and sit down. It’s exactly why the public is so peeved at politicians.”
