Cynthia Bailey, former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, recently shared an unexpected encounter with rock legend Lenny Kravitz during an appearance on the “Two T’s In a Pod” podcast. The 57-year-old reality TV personality recounted her experience at Mick Jagger’s 80th birthday celebration in London last July.

According to Bailey, Kravitz, who is 60 years old, approached Mick Jagger’s fiancée Melanie Hamrick, 37, to obtain Bailey’s phone number. However, despite this initial interest, Bailey revealed that Kravitz never followed up with a call or message.

Reflecting on the interaction, Bailey admitted to host Teddi Mellencamp that she didn’t feel a strong connection with Kravitz, describing him as “really nice” but not seemingly overly interested. When questioned about whether Kravitz had requested anyone else’s contact information at the event, Bailey responded uncertainly, quipping, “That I don’t know. Apparently so. He didn’t use my number.”

Interestingly, Kravitz had previously disclosed in a May interview with the Guardian that he hasn’t been in a serious relationship for nearly a decade. The Grammy-winning artist expressed his intention to remain celibate, citing spiritual reasons and acknowledging his set ways of living.

Kravitz’s relationship history includes a marriage to Lisa Bonet from 1987 to 1993, with whom he shares daughter Zoë Kravitz. Post-divorce, he dated Vanessa Paradis and was engaged to both Adriana Lima and Nicole Kidman.

As for Bailey, she’s been navigating the dating scene since her divorce from Mike Hill in 2022 after two years of marriage. In September 2023, she hinted at a potential romantic interest but emphasized taking things slowly while remaining open to other dating opportunities.

Fans of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” can look forward to Bailey’s return to the show as a “friend of” the franchise for its upcoming 16th season. While production has commenced, Bravo has yet to announce an official premiere date for the new installment.
