A famous doctor has revealed that President Joe Biden’s mental acuity has fallen drastically in recent years and would most certainly not pass a cognitive test.

According to famous neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson, Biden’s mental state has obviously declined in recent years.

“Just look at the different interviews over the years and compare the way he speaks now to the way he spoke, you know, five years ago, ten years ago. Obviously, a big decline. That’s not something that is normal,” Carson said in an interview with The Daily Wire. “There is a decline with aging and memory and various other things, but not to that degree. There is something else going on with him.”

Carlson, who specializes in brain treatment, then went on to explain how simple and straightforward a cognitive test is before adding that the president will most likely fail the test.

“They’ll ask questions like, count down from 100 by 7s. They’ll ask you to name three objects, you can pick any three objects you want and tell them what they are, then they’ll ask you a whole bunch of other questions, and then they’ll say, ‘what were those three objects?’ just to test your short term memory,” Carson said, explaining the lack of rigor in the test. “They’re not difficult questions … but I can pretty much guarantee you that he wouldn’t be able to do that.”

Biden has been the subject of various speculations about his mental fitness to lead the nation. Special Counsel Robert Hur, who investigated Biden’s mishandling of classified documents, declined to charge the president despite finding that Biden willfully mishandled classified documents covering important national security matters.

Hur, in his final report, revealed that he declined to file charges against Biden due to his failing memory. Hur’s final report described Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur wrote in the report.
