Former President Donald Trump’s campaign is causing fear in President Joe Biden’s camp following the latest reports on Fox News.

According to reports, the former president’s campaign is demanding that Trump and Joe Biden debate each other earlier and more frequently heading into the 2024 presidential election in November.

“While the Commission on Presidential Debates has already announced three presidential debates and a vice-presidential debate to occur later this year, we are in favor of these debates beginning much earlier,” they wrote.

Trump’s campaign managers, Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita, sent a letter to The Commission on Presidential Debates co-chairs Frank Farenkopf Jr. and Antonia Hernandez on Thursday demanding that the commission hold the debates much earlier.

“While the Commission on Presidential Debates has already announced three presidential debates and a vice-presidential debate to occur later this year, we are in favor of these debates beginning much earlier,” they wrote.

Wiles and LaCivita maintained that while they agree with the pending letter from television networks advocating for presidential debates to occur in 2024, they would prefer if the commission holds the debate earlier than the original dates.

The two argued that voting is starting earlier than usual and that millions would have already voted before the proposed dates for the debate.

‘Voting is beginning earlier and earlier, and as we saw in 2020, tens of millions of Americans had already voted by the time of the first debate,” they wrote in the letter. “Specific to the Commission’s proposed 2024 calendar, it simply comes too late. By the date of the first proposed debate, September 16, 2024, over 1 million Americans will have likely voted. By the date of the second proposed debate, October 1, 2024, the number of Americans who will have likely cast a ballot will be over 3 million, an increase of 225%.”

The two also added that an estimated 8.7 million Americans will have already voted by the third debate.

Trump, in an interview with Fox News, said he agrees with his campaign managers.

“I think it is important that we debate and the earlier the better because people have to find out what is going on with America,” Trump said.

Wiles and LaCivita’s request has caused panic within Joe Biden’s campaign as the president remained mute on whether he will debate Trump. Many have insisted that Biden, who is prone to gaffes and allegedly suffers from memory loss, will back out of the debate.

Trump, on the other hand, insists that he is ready to debate Biden “anywhere, anytime, anyplace.”

“I would fully accept any debate, anywhere, anytime, anyplace,” he continued.

The former president also revealed that he was unsure if Joe Biden would agree to a debate.

“Perhaps he will, perhaps he won’t. I really don’t care,” Trump added. “I am totally committed to debating him anytime, anywhere, any place.”
