Trump DEFENDS Female Secret Service Agent

Donald Trump lauded the female Secret Service agent who “bravely” guarded him during his attempted assassination. He stated that she “wanted to take a bullet,” in response to criticism that she was too petite to adequately protect the former president, who stands at a height of 6 feet 3 inches.

During his speech at a rally in St. Cloud, Minnesota, President Trump lauded the conduct of the female agent who was there during the attempt on his life that occurred on July 13.

“There was great bravery displayed… Every one of them. There wasn’t one that was slow,” Trump began telling the crowd. “There was a woman to my right shielding me. A beautiful person. She was shielding me with everything she could.”

The former president proceeded by saying, “She was criticized by the fake news because she was not tall enough.” She was chastised, yet she showed such incredible bravery.

“She was shielding me with everything. She wanted to take a bullet,” he added as the crowd erupted into cheers.

The female agent was the focus of caustic online remarks from several people on social media, including the internet mogul Elon Musk, who pointed out that she appeared to be too short to successfully shield the former president.

“Having a small person as body cover for a large man is like an undersized Speedo at the beach – doesn’t cover the subject,” Musk wrote.

He added: “Could be a man or a woman, to be clear, just needs to be large enough to do the job.”

The female agent and several other male Secret Service personnel can be seen sitting near President Trump in a video that was captured during the rally.

Additionally, she was captured on camera following the attempted assassination, assisting in the entry of a neighboring vehicle as the gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, fired into the throng at the event.

Crooks, 20, opened fire with a semi-automatic rifle, causing the former president to sustain an ear injury and murdering a rally participant before being killed by a sniper from the Secret Service.

A motive for the attack has not been provided by the authorities as of yet; nonetheless, it has aroused intense criticism from all sides of the political spectrum due to the Secret Service’s failure to adequately safeguard the former president.
